The Leach Welshpool Alliance (LWA) comprises Main Roads Western Australia (MRWA) and Non-Owner Participants Georgiou Group, BG&E, Golder & Associates, and Westforce (Sub-Alliance Partner).
This brownfield project upgraded Leach Highway with two new bridge overpasses, one over Welshpool Road for a grade-separated interchange, and one over Railway Parade and Sevenoaks Street, doubling the existing bridge’s capacity.
Westforce entered into a Sub-Alliance Agreement with LWA, delivering the structural concrete works (formwork, reinforcement and pouring) for the project.
Prequalification Category: R5 B4 F150+
