ECI and procurement built into the model
Our D&C approach often begins with Early Contractor Involvement (ECI). We use this period to align design development with budget parameters, identify long-lead procurement risks, and resolve interface issues before they disrupt progress. ECI also allows design, environmental, and authority approvals to proceed with the benefit of practical construction insight.
We coordinate early procurement in parallel with design completion, ensuring material selections are aligned with program constraints and market conditions. This reduces cost risk and supports better delivery sequencing on site.
