Our story
Westforce Construction was founded in 2006, starting out as a small team focused on earthworks and concrete delivery. From day one, our standard was simple: do the work properly, and back the people doing it.
That mentality fuelled our early growth. We expanded into full-service civil and structural scopes, winning repeat work on the strength of our delivery.
In 2017, Westforce became part of the Raubex Group – a publicly listed international construction leader. With Raubex’s backing, we sharpened our systems, expanded our fleet and grew our team. Today, we’re a $160 million-plus business with a reputation for smart solutions, safe sites and zero excuses.

Our leadership team brings decades of civil construction experience to the table. They’ve worked the tools, run the projects and know how to support the teams doing the work.

Westforce operates under an integrated management system certified to ISO 45001 (Safety), ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environment). We also hold Federal Safety Commissioner (FSC) accreditation, enabling us to deliver high-risk scopes in both public and private sectors with full compliance.
