Westforce successfully delivered a suite of new NPI infrastructure and subsequent variations across the Dry and Wet Plants at FMG’s Iron Bridge Mine site. This project showcased Westforce’s ability to deliver complex, multi-disciplinary works within an operational mining environment, enhancing site functionality and supporting long-term operations.
Key facilities constructed included the HV Tyre Change Warehouse, General Warehouse, HV Workshop, washdown bay with sump and hydrocarbon storage, Welding Workshop, Bulk Fuel Farm, Bulk Lube Bay, Drilling and Blast Workshop, switchroom footings, Wet Plant sheet piles, and Japal Village concrete works.
Westforce provided a complete civil and structural delivery solution, encompassing:
Concrete: 2,500m³ ~
Earthworks: 15,000m³ ~
HDPE Piping 50Dia – 600Dia: 2,000m ~
Sheet Piling: 120m ~
