Zenith Energy is delivering a Build, Own and Operate (BOO) power solution for the Lynas Rare Earths operation at Mount Weld, near Laverton in Western Australia. As part of this project, Westforce has been contracted to deliver the civil works required to support the installation of four new wind turbine generators (WTGs).
The project supports Lynas’ transition toward low-emission, off-grid power generation. Westforce is delivering the full scope of foundation construction, including clearing, earthworks, in-situ concrete and access road development across a remote project footprint.
Works are being delivered in a challenging environment where reliability, coordination and sequencing are essential. Every footing is being delivered to precise tolerances to meet turbine installation specifications, with support structures including stair pads, transformer slabs and access infrastructure built to handle remote logistics and ongoing maintenance.
Westforce is delivering all civil works under a Construct Only contract, with an integrated scope covering foundation preparation, concrete batching, and structural delivery across the wind farm site.

All works are being delivered under a tightly managed delivery schedule to align with turbine supply and erection windows
