Project Overview

The project involved delivery of critical infrastructure works across three geographically dispersed facilities supporting the Advanced Water Recycling Plant (AWRP) network. The main AWRP Site serves as the central facility, with two Recharge Sites, Northern and Southern, located approximately 10km north and east of Beenyup, adjacent to Lake Joondalup.

The multi-site development required coordinated construction activities to ensure seamless integration of structural and civil works across all three locations, enhancing water recycling and recharge capabilities

Project Scope

Structural and Building Works:

Design and construction of tilt-panel superstructure buildings housing switch rooms at each facility (one at AWRP site, one at Northern Recharge Site, and one at Southern Recharge Site)
Erection of steel-framed building superstructures and process buildings, comprising three buildings at the main AWRP site
Construction of one pump station building at each recharge site (Northern and Southern)
Associated mechanical services installations to support operational requirements

Civil Works:

Comprehensive landscaping works across all three sites to integrate new infrastructure with existing facilities
Construction and upgrade of internal roadworks, access routes, and hardstand areas to facilitate operational access and maintenance activities
