The Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our Perth office. Based in Welshpool, this position manages end-to-end recruitment across major civil, structural, and resources projects.
You will work directly with project directors, site managers, and executive leadership to source, screen, and onboard high-calibre blue and white collar personnel. This is a key role in building our workforce capabilities, shaping talent pipelines for upcoming project packages, and driving long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process for office technical roles and site personnel.

Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source talent using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry networks.

Screening and Selection: Review resumes, conduct phone pre-interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Vetting and Compliance: Complete reference checks, background checks, and employment verification.

Onboarding Alignment: Work closely with HR and mobilisation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and site deployment.

Pipeline Development: Maintain candidate databases and build talent pools for future project requirements.

Reporting and Market Insights: Provide regular recruitment updates, market trends, and sourcing insights to leadership.
Key Requirements

Industry Experience: Direct experience in an internal or agency recruitment role within WA civil contracting, construction, or mining sectors (mandatory).

Broad Recruitment Focus: Proven track record sourcing both blue-collar trades and white-collar engineering or management positions.

System Knowledge: Practical experience using recruitment software (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Communication Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to liaise effectively across site operations and corporate management.

Time Management: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple open vacancies simultaneously.

Attention to Detail: High standard of accuracy across recruitment records, compliance, and candidate administration.
