About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our Perth-based team. In this role, you will take ownership of cost and commercial management across multiple projects within our expanding public infrastructure, mining, energy, and resources portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage cost and commercial aspects across a varied pipeline of civil infrastructure and resources projects.

Oversee contract management, progress claims, variations, and cost forecasting.

Collaborate closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure commercial alignment and project delivery.

Drive practical, cost-effective solutions while maintaining strong client relationships.
What We Are Looking For:

Education: A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience: A minimum of two years’ experience in cost and commercial management within a similar civil construction environment.

Mindset: A pragmatic, resourceful spirit with a strong sense of personal accountability. You are someone who takes ownership, straight-talks, and focuses on solutions.
