The Role
We’re looking for a proactive HSE Advisor to join our team based in Perth. You’ll be an integral part of our HSE operations and will play a key role in supporting our Health, Safety, and Environmental objectives across the business.
This is a full-time office-based role with the potential to grow alongside our expanding projects. If you’ve got HSE advisory experience, great communication skills and excellent writing skills to create high-quality documents for Estimating and Operations – we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Ensure safety systems and documentation are maintained and continuously improved, keeping all records accurate, well organised, and integrated across Microsoft Suite tools and our project management platform.
- Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.
- Support health and wellness initiatives within the workplace.
- Drive environmental safety programs and contribute to sustainability strategies and initiatives aligned with our ESG goals.
- Take a lead role in Head Office HSE based operations such as estimating and project mobilisation documentation.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar HSE Advisor or Admin role working on/with civil, mining, or resource projects.
- Minimum qualifications in WHSE or related discipline (Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or above). Environmental qualifications not required, however highly regarded.
- Demonstrated history of writing high quality safety and environmental documents for Estimating and Operations.
- A genuine interest in health, wellness, and environmental stewardship
- Comfortable working across Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships
- Positive attitude with a team-first approach
