The Role
We’re looking for a proactive HR Mobilisation Administrator to join our team based in Perth, with the flexibility to support FIFO/DIDO projects across WA as needed. You’ll be an integral part of our HR operations, working alongside a well-established team to mobilise personnel efficiently and professionally.
This is a full-time contract role with the potential to grow alongside our expanding projects. If you’ve got admin experience, great communication skills and a no-fuss, can-do attitude — we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Support our HR Team to mobilise workers across multiple projects in WA
- Keep documentation accurate and organised across Microsoft Suite tools
- Stay flexible and ready to support FIFO operations if required
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar administration or mobilisation role
- Comfortable working across Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Adaptable and flexible to work across different locations and rosters
- Positive attitude with a team-first approach
