The Role
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Final Trim Excavator Operator to join major projects kicking off across the Pilbara region. We need operators who know the machines, have a good feel for the ground and respect themselves and their team to ensure projects flow smoothly.
This is a FIFO/DIDO role on a 2:1 roster ex-Perth with top rates paid for the right candidate. Whether you’re ready to start now or just lining up your next swing, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Work with supervisors and crews keeping safety sharp and workable.
- Stay on top of reporting, compliance, and client requirements.
- Be steady on site. Reliable, approachable, and switched on.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Final Trim Excavator Operator on civil, mining or infrastructure projects.
- Keep safety front and centre. It’s part of every pass, not just a checklist.
- Solid understanding of civil construction processes, plant operation, and safety protocols.
- Can-do attitude with focus on quality, reliability, and safe work practice.
- Current WA Driver’s License, White Card.
- Ability to pass a full medical.
