The Role
We’re looking for experienced Steel Fixers to join upcoming projects across Western Australia. You’ll be part of a crew working on civil and resources builds tying, cutting and placing steel for footings, slabs, pads, and structures that need to be done right.
We’ve got a mix of FIFO and DIDO options (2:1 roster ex-Perth) as well as Perth-based project work. Whether you’re ready to start now or planning your next swing, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Cut, bend, tie and place steel reinforcement for footings, pads, slabs and structures.
- Read and work from drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Support with concreting, formwork or general site duties when needed.
- Keep standards high for safety, quality and crew reliability.
- Be steady on site – reliable, approachable, and switched on.
About You
- Experience in a similar role.
- Steel Fixing: Minimum 4 years’ experience.
- Earthmoving tickets and all-rounder skills in formwork and concrete are an advantage.
- Clean National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain one.
- Minimum Manual C Class Driver’s Licence (HR preferred but not essential).
- White Card (Construction Induction Card).
- Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing prior to starting, and ongoing during employment.
