The Role
We’re looking for experienced Plant Operators to join upcoming projects across WA. You’ll be part of a crew working on civil and resources builds, operating earthmoving equipment to keep projects moving safely and on schedule.
We’ve got a mix of FIFO and DIDO options (2:1 roster ex-Perth) as well as Perth-based project work. Whether you’re ready to start now or planning your next swing, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Operate plant and machinery safely and effectively (excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, rollers, watercarts and more).
- Carry out earthworks, bulk moves, trenching, pads and other civil tasks.
- Assist with general site duties when needed.
- Work as part of a tight-knit crew that shows up, backs each other, and gets it done.
- Keep standards high for safety, quality and reliability.
About You
- Previous experience as a Plant Operator in civil, construction, or mining.
- Tickets/licences for relevant machinery.
- Clean National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain one.
- Minimum Manual C Class Driver’s Licence (HR preferred but not essential).
- Valid White Card (Construction Induction Card).
- Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug & alcohol testing.
- Safety-first mindset – you look out for yourself and your crew.
