The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee upcoming projects across WA. You’ll be the key link between our project managers and site crews, keeping work safe, efficient, and to spec.
We’ve got a mix of FIFO and DIDO options (2:1 roster ex-Perth) as well as Perth-based project work. Whether you’re ready to step into a new challenge or line up your next swing, this is your chance to lead from the front.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and coordinate daily civil works, including earthworks, drainage, roads and concrete.
- Lead and support operators, trades and subcontractors to meet project targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and daily reporting.
- Monitor progress and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Maintain accurate site records, including safety logs and quality checks.
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Civil Supervisor on civil, mining or infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and lead site crews.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of civil construction processes, plant and safety protocols.
- Current WA Driver’s Licence and White Card.
- National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug & alcohol testing.
