Senior Earthworks Supervisor: Goldfields | 2:1 Roster

We’re looking for a Senior Supervisor who knows their way around a site and how to lead a crew properly. If you’re a straight shooter who focuses on the work and looks after your mates, you’ll fit right in.
The Role
We have a major project kicking off in the Goldfields and need a Senior Earthworks Supervisor to lead from the front. You’ll be working back-to-back with the Earthworks Superintendent, supported by a solid site management team and experienced supervisors.

Roster: FIFO 2:1 (Kalgoorlie)

Duration: Full-time, with an initial project stint of approx. 13 months.
What You’ll Do

Run the daily operations for bulk earthworks and road construction.

Work with the site management team to plan and coordinate daily tasks.

Lead operators, trades, and subcontractors: keeping everyone on track and on target.

Take ownership of safety, environmental, and quality standards on the ground.

Lead pre-starts and toolbox talks: clear, honest communication only.

Keep site records, safety logs, and daily reporting up to date.
About You
-
At least 8 years’ experience in site management.

Minimum 2 years as a Senior Supervisor on civil, mining, or infrastructure jobs.

You know how to manage subcontractors and get the best out of a site crew.

Strong knowledge of civil processes, heavy plant, and safety protocols.

Current WA Driver’s Licence and White Card.

National Police Clearance (or able to get one).

Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
