We’re excited to have you join the Westforce crew!
Over the next couple of days, you’ll get to know your crew, understand how we work, and start seeing firsthand what makes Westforce the best to work for, and with.
Documents to Submit
Please send clear copies of the following documents to reception@westforce.com.au
If you are unable to send soft copies, bring the originals on the day of your onsite onboarding and we will scan them for you.
- Passport (or Birth Certificate if Australian citizen)
- Driver’s Licence (front and back)
- Current CV / Résumé
- White Card (front and back)
- Full Visa Grant Notification (PDF from your IMMI account — not a photo)
- Qualifications (certificates, degrees, tickets, VOCs — front/back if card-style)
- Photo will be taken at the head office

In the coming days, you’ll come to learn about the pride and focus our safety team puts on following best practice, protecting yourself and looking out for those around you – including the hidden dangers that can be easy to overlook.
Your First Two Days
Day 1: Orientation
In your first two days, you will be required to complete onboarding activities, including:
- Pre-Employment Medical
- Meet & Greet with Department Heads and Directors
- Employee details setup – please fill in this form
- View onboarding and welcome videos (linked above)
- Simpel induction
- MyPass induction
- IT Set Up
- Uniform issuance
- HR training and policy review
- Safety induction
