Over the next couple of days, you’ll get to know your crew, understand how we work, and start seeing firsthand what makes Westforce the best to work for, and with.

Your First Two Days

Day 1: Orientation

  • 08:30 – 09:30 – Pre-Employment Medical: You will be booked for the pre-employment medical which involves the PEM (Pre-employment medical), DAS (Drug and Alcohol Screening), AUD (Audiometry test), SPIRO (Spirometry test), MUSC+FIT (Musculoskeletal fitness assessment), LAB DAS. You will receive the email confirmation of the booking details directly from the clinic. –
  • 10:00 – 10:30 – Meet & Greet: Introduce to the team and directors (depends on their availability)
  • 10:30 – 11:00  – Employee Details (Sharepoint) – includes Full name, Address, Residency Status, DL, Bank Account Details (payroll), TFN, PPE sizes / paperwork (JD, Super, TFN – if required)
  • 11:00 – 11:15 – Assist with the WFC company induction
  • 11:15 – 12:30 – C000-Head Office (Simpel /  MyPass induction)
  • 12:30 – 13:00  – Lunch Break
  • 13:00 – 14:30 – C000 -Head Office (Simpel / MyPass induction continue)
  • 14:30 – 15:00 – Handover of company properties (IT Dept)
  • 15:00 – 16:00 – Issuance of uniform and sending of training list

Day 2:

  • 08:00 – 10:00 – Start internal training
  • 10:00 – 10:30 – Meet with the HR representative to discuss external training to fulfill mandatory role requirements based on TNA
  • 10:30 – 13:45 – Continue the required internal training
  • 13:45 – 14:45 – Face-to-Face Induction Schedule (scheduled every Tuesday / Thursday): We have a scheduled face-to-face Safety Induction session in the head office in Welshpool with the HSEQ Manager which will cover safety talk. This will be a great opportunity to learn a bit about our company culture.
  • 14:45 – 16:00 – Continue the required internal training
