Your First Day
Day 1: Orientation
- 09:00 – 09:30 – Employee Details (Sharepoint) – includes Full name, Address, Residency Status, DL, Bank Account Details (payroll), TFN, PPE sizes / paperwork (JD, Super, TFN – if required)
- 09:30 – 09:45 – Assist with the Westforce Construction company induction
- 09:45 – 12:00 – C000 -Head Office / Site (Simpel induction) / MyPass induction
- 12:00 – 13:00 – Face-to-Face Induction Schedule (after completing induction – tentative): We have a scheduled face-to-face Safety Induction session in the head office in Welshpool with the HSEQ Manager which will cover safety talk. This will be a great opportunity to learn a bit about our company culture.
- 13:00 – 13:05 – Releasing of PPE. Before you leave the head office, you will be given the PPE gear (shirts and pants).
- 13:20– 15:00 – MEDICAL (Location TBC)
