The project is located on Roy Hill's Mine Site in Newman WA.
Works will consist of the construction of a new Saline Water Reverse Osmosis Desalination (SWROD) which will be integrated with the existing Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis (BWRO) to create a Water Treatment System suitable for treating forecasted water supply and demand conditions in the future.
The 40 mega-litre per day plant will utilise ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis technology to treat hyper-saline, mineral-rich feed water for the mine site operations.
