Beenyup Advance Water Recycling Plant (AWRP) Stage 2 Project included three major packages:
1. Tilt Panel Buildings
2. Steel Process Building
3. Landscaping and Roadworks

The project included the design and construction of a superstructure tilt panel building switch rooms x1 at AWRP site and x1 at each recharge site. It also included the erection of superstructure (steel buildings) process buildings x3 at AWRP site and a x1 pump station at each recharge site.

Works were delivered across 3 different facilities, the main AWRP Site and 2 Recharge Sites (Northern and Southern), which are located approximately 10km from Beenyup north and east of Lake Joondalup:
Beenyup facility located approximately 23km north of Perth CBD;
Southern recharge site is located off Wanneroo Road and just south of Ashley Road;
Northern recharge site is located off Wanneroo Road and opposite Monaltrie Loop.
