Westforce construction was established in 2006. The company has grown steadily due to the quality of service and the level of repeat business we receive.

It is this level of repeat business that has helped us to expand and diversify into other fields offering our clients combined packages and cost savings. It is our range of specialised skills and knowledge which when combined with our open, professional, flexible, non-confrontational approach, results in us adding real value each and every project.

Since 2006 primarily focusing on concrete, formwork and reinforcement we have developed onto full construction projects, detailed earth works, project management roles and our electrical division is now flourishing.

Since November 2006 the company has worked over 500,000 direct man hours without major incident and we are dedicated to maintaining this achievement. We have developed a safety quality environmental management system (SQEMS) which is not only compliant but which works on the hard face of each and every project brining real value without the bureaucracy. The system is monitored and reinforced by our document control team based at the Head Office in Bayswater, Perth. Our team of HSEQ personnel hold numerous qualifications and all of our plans are created in-house and reviewed through our management system.

We are fully accredited to AS4801 and currently ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliant



Effective management of our human resources is a key factor in our success. Westforce understands that employee relations are an integral part of the management structure and we strive to have open and harmonious relationships that are conducive to high levels of employee productivity, workmanship and satisfaction. The company and management recognise that employees of Westforce are its single most important resource and will be managed accordingly.

With a direct staff of over 70 highly experienced personnel and the additional resources of our sister company West Force Hire, our clients can rest assure that we have the man power to carry out contracts with teams we know and trust.


We pride ourselves on providing and promoting a safe working environment and assisting our staff to continually progress and improve with the benefits of our in house training system and training assessor. We also recognise the importance of giving back to the community with our Indigenous Employment Programme and we are also a member of the Apprenticeships Australia helping pass on the knowledge and expertise of our personnel within our organisation.


During our years of operation we recognised the necessity to procure and maintain our own plant and equipment fleet. We feel our modern plant gives us an edge on our competitors by giving us an increased trust and sense of reliability. As it is our own personnel fleet, we know 100% that is has been cared for, serviced and maintained to the highest possible standards.
